Shipping & Returns
We deliver products using Australia Post eParcel. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3 and 7 business days depending on your location.
Celebrate Health ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website.
If you're not happy with your order, we're not happy. Just let us know and we'll fix it.
If for any reason you have issues regarding your order just send us a note through our resolution centre and we will respond to your concern within 24 hours.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Celebrate Health. As such, any unopened product in good condition can be returned within 30 days for a full refund less shipping costs. Products may be returned after the 30 day return period has expired at the discretion of the nicest thing customer service.
How do I return items?
Returned items are to be posted to our distribution center. Customers returning unwanted items are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers may either arrange their own postage (return address details will be provided during the resolution process) or for a $5 handling fee plus shipping cost we can arrange to send you a return shipping label. This can often be cheaper than standard shipping as we receive discounted shipping rates. Shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund if you choose to have us arrange return postage.
Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Items
If you receive incorrect or damaged items, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we will replace them. If we require the incorrectly shipped item returned or for quality assurance purposes we ask you to return a damaged item we will send you a shipping label for returning the damaged or unwanted items.
*NOTE: Occasionally packaged food products can be damaged in shipping and this may lead to product spoilage. If you receive product that appears excessively bloated (packaging is puffed up like a balloon) or appears to be leaking please do not use this product. Let us know and we will replace it for you.
How will I recieve my Refund?
Refunds will be provided by cheque or EFT to your nominated account.
